Tax reform III for enterprises has been acepted by the national parliament yesterday. Special tax rates for holding and mixed compagnies will be abolished in the next years. To avoid disadvantages for the compagnies,national parliament also decided to prepare for a reduction of the cantonal tax rates for all compagnies.

We expect, cantons will reduce their tax rates to a level which will allow total tax rates of not more than 10% for ordinary taxed compagnies. These decision will make Switzerland even more competitive than in the past!
